The Multiplex MovieStar is a unique sport flying foam-based aircraft manufactured by Multiplex Modelsport of Germany.
It is quite possibly the only purpose-built flying video platform in radio control. The electric-powered, twin-motored MovieStar is intended to carry either inexpensive one-use digital video recorders of the type found in CVS drugstores or small camera/transmitter combinations which relay a signal to a receiver on the ground.
Though recently discontinued by Multiplex, the MovieStar is still readily available through most hobby shops.
The MovieStar is also a subject on the popular FMS R/C aircraft simulator, available as freeware from several sources.
